We recruit keeping in mind the diversity, equity and inclusion. We as a creative agency, must have stories to tell the world. Stories that begin within our homes, cultural upbringing and society we grew in. These stories amalgamate within our storyboards of our marketing campaigns. This stories are retold over time passing them through one generation to the next. We diversify our recruitment in order to make our organizational culture rich with stories, socio cultural colors. These are our take on enriching the creative culture within our organizations. We also highlight on pursuing activities to encourage team building, team tasks and togetherness in learning different off beat courses, to spark joy, happiness and friendship among the members of the team. We encourage, for example, our graphic designer and customer care executives to learn barista and make latte art together, Sure its not their career change, but it is fun, it learning new skills for togetherness, inclusiveness and happiness. Thats how we keep our excitement rolling.
